Today is Melody and Jason's 13th wedding anniversary. Hardly seems possible that it has been that long ago since we hosted a wedding.
Got a slow start today since we had a late night last night. Felt good, though, to sleep in. Ken got a hold of State Farm and Roush Honda and we took the "wounded" Civic to Roush around noon. Then we went to Bob Evans for a buy-one-get-one-free breakfast. Stopped at Office Max afterwards to buy paper and the penny and 15-cent things and use our coupons. Did the laundry and some weeding in the afternoon. Got things ready for company and took a quick shower.
Anjel and Leland got here right at 6:30. Had this roast beef on the Cheesy Parmesan buns. First time to try that crock-pot recipe and it was pretty good. All of the rest of the meal was the same as yesterday's dinner. Spent some time chatting and then played the Wii Fit Multi-player games. They left around 10:45.
Men's and Women's Retreat questions are coming in now. I got several phone calls and emails today with questions about cabins, etc. Hope to get the email info and letters ready to mail out later this week.
