Highlight of the day was a 2-1/2 hour trip to Menards for their Grand Opening week. Walked through the whole super-store and bought some things for the house and yard.
Ate a late lunch at Steak 'n Shake and home before 3:00. Then Ken mowed, I planted pots of impatiens and put edging around the "island" out front. Watered the plants and blew grass off the sidewalks.
Wrapped gifts for Jason and for Rachel and went to Peelers' for supper and birthday party.
Temperatures down to 35* this morning (didn't lose anything) and up into the 60's in the afternoon. Enjoy a sunny day!
